On 20th May, 2021, 748 Air Services launched scheduled flight services with the first route being Nairobi–Kisumu.
748 Air Services will be flying daily on the new route from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) to Kisumu International Airport.
The introduction of direct flights to Kisumu route is part of the company’s expansion plan to play a significant role in supporting the growth of the domestic tourism market and boosting the economy already hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Passengers will pay approximately KES10,700 for a return ticket on this route.
This is the second domestic route, after we launched daily flights from Wilson Airport to Maasai Mara in August last year.
748 Air services also plans to introduce daily flights to Mombasa and Diani on the 1st June 2021.
